Termine of Service
The terms of services are so that there is no problem between the client and the artist and we can both enjoy this experience.
Refusal of work:
■ The artist has the right to refuse work and, when this occurs the client will be notified.
■ If the artist is unable to perform the work or does not meet the client's requirements, it may be rejected.
■ If the client is discourteous or rude to the artist, the client will be denied service and blocked.
Performance of the work:
■Be aware that the artist may take time due to external inconveniences, be patient.
■ The artist may take days, weeks or months, so patience is recommended.
■ It is recommended to the customer for a better service, show reference images of what you want to perform, as an aid to the artist (It is not guessing).
■ The work can receive modifications in case of imperfections, but if the drawing is finished or the modification is too big after delineation, the modification will be charged. It also applies if they are too many modifications.
■ NSFW/SFW fetishes will be negotiated with the artist depending on their magnitude. In cases that are too messy, the artist will reject the work.
■ By accepting my services I will have permission to use the work for my gallery.
Copyright:
■ No finished work may be modified in any way without my permission.
■ The work may not be re-sold or taken as my own work.

Los términos de servicios son para que no haya ningún problema entre el cliente y el artista y ambos podamos disfrutar de esta experiencia.
Rechazo de trabajo:
■ El artista tiene el derecho de rechazar el trabajo y, cuando esto ocurra se le avisará al cliente.
■ Si el artista no puede realizar el trabajo o no cumple con los requisitos del cliente, puede ser rechazado.
■ Si el cliente es descortés o grosero con el artista, se le negara el servicio y bloqueado.
Realización del trabajo:
■Sea consciente de que el artista puede tardar por inconvenientes externos, sea paciente.
■ El artista puede llegar a tardar dias, semanas o meses, así que se le recomienda pasciencia.
■ Se le recomienda al cliente para un mejor servicio, mostrar imágenes de referencia de lo que quiere realizar, como una ayuda al artista (No es adivino).
■ La obra puede recibir modificaciones en caso de imperfecciones, pero si el dibujo está terminado o la modificación es muy grande después de delineado, se cobrará la modificacion. También aplica si son demasiadas modificaciones.
■ Los fetiches NSFW/SFW se negociarán con el artista dependiendo de su magnitud. En casos demasiado turbios, el artista rechazará el trabajo.
■ Al aceptar mis servicios tendré el permiso de usar el trabajo para mi galería.
Derechos de Copyright:
■ Ningún trabajo terminado podrá ser modificado de ninguna manera sin mi permiso.
■ El trabajo no podrá ser re vendido ni tomarlo como trabajo propio.
■ Se dará creditos al artista una vez publicado el dibujo en redes sociales
